You do hereby agree to the following terms and conditions before (A) using ClassAnova.com content and website and (B) uploading content to ClassAnova.com.

These terms of service ("TOS") may be modified from time to time. When they are, a notice shall be posted on on this page.

Ownership of Posted Content

You agree that you are solely responsible for or acting as the legal agent or representative of each item "content" that you upload, enter online or otherwise make available via our service (hereinafter referred to as "post" or any variation of the word "post"). You do hereby grant Classanova.com an unlimited license to use, copy, reproduce, reformat, manipulate or processing via computer programs, adapt, modify, transmit, display, distribute and publish content that you post on our servers. You retain copyright ownership of that content or in the case where you are acting as an agent for the copyright owner, copyright of said content remains with the copyright holder(s), however Classanova.com and its agents may, at their discretion, include your posted content in their own copyrighted "collective work". You assign ClassAnova.com and ClassAnova LLC., world-wide rights to include your posted material in this copyrighted collective work. This does not in any way limit or reduce your ownership of your copyrighted posted content, but does give us the right to display the content you have posted on our website and protect it from reposting elsewhere.

Terms of Use

You agree to only post material/content to which any one of the following applies:

• You own the copyright to the material/content.
• The material/content was created by you but has is not formally copyrighted.
• You are an authorized agent of the copyright holder and express that you have permission to the material or content you post on our service.
• The material/content is in the Public Domain. Here is a good definition of what public domain means in the United States of America.
• The material is a U.S. Government funded work and therefore not subject to copyright or publishing restrictions.

You agree to post material that conforms to our Network Specifications as outlined here. Any other material shall be deleted from our network. Material removed or deleted from our network can not be recoved.

You further agree to not abuse our service, network, computers or infrastructure for malicious or criminal purposes; or to post content not suitable for generally acceptable public display or that may be illegal in your area or the United States of America. You agree to not post links within your content to any location that has objectionable or "adults only" materials.

Failure to comply with these terms of service or terms of use shall result in any or all of the following:

• Deactivation of your user account.
• Removal of your materials (removed materials can not be returned or recovered as it shall be deleted from our infrastructure).
• Blocking of your IP address.
• Blocking your email address from our service.
• Possible legal action.
